The DACS Web Design Workshop is temporarily suspended until a new workshop leader is found.
Would you like to take on the role of workshop leader? It’s a great way to share information, learn new techniques, promote your business, network, and interact with like-minded people. There’s no need to be a website design expert, only an interest in website creation and management. There are so many possible subjects relating to the ever-changing world of website development, it’s easy to find something to discuss. Then enjoy the contributions and feedback from the attendees, many of whom are happy to share their knowledge and/or help each other solve problems.
I’ve enjoyed moderating the workshop for the past 14 years, I’ve probably learned more from the attendees than they have learned from me! Over the years I’ve gained several wonderful clients who found me through DACS and the workshop. It’s truly a wonderful opportunity to reach out, share knowledge and make new friends. Even though it’s time for a new leader to take over, I still plan to remain involved and will be happy to occasionally attend the meeting or be a “guest presenter”.
The workshop is usually held on the 3rd Tuesday of the month at the DACS resource center. However, if necessary it could be held on another repeating day.
