Experiment with the DACS web site links.

The flyout links on the left function with CSS ONLY. Firefox will handle the CSS correctly, but IE will not know how to handle it, so a different CSS file is called for in IE. You can see in the page code that commented out areas deal with the IE "fix".

(The links don't work, this is just for experimentation.)

Depending on your platform, browsers and browser versions, it may or may not work! Please test and let me know if you see flyouts appearing on roll-over of the 2nd, 3rd and 5th main links.
