CSS Templates

Premade CSS templates can provide a quick way to construct a web page layout. The settings can be tweaked as nessesary, but it is recommended to read the commented code carefully. Many templates give precise and helpful guidance.
DreamWeaver CS3(+)
  • Many layout options with "elastic", "fluid" and "layouts".
  • File/New/Blank Page/HTML and choose the layout required.
  • Extensively commented code, providing a good learning tool.
  • If used, remove the CSS from the "Head" section of the page, and place into an external CSS file, then link the page to the CSS file.

Some of these sites cross-reference and the same designs will be found - "caveat emptor"!
